Meet Jillian Fox, Founder & Principal
Jillian built Fox & Found Talent after more than a decade leading initiatives in SaaS, healthcare, logistics, staffing, finance, and custom software development. Across each environment, whether it was enterprise account management, business analysis, software projects, or high-stakes recruiting, she saw the same catalysts for failure appear again and again: unclear requirements, misaligned expectations, and the absence of structure and accountability.
Her response was to design a better way. Drawing from project management fundamentals, structured analysis, and business process design, Jillian created the Fox & Found Method: a framework that applies the rigor of successful project execution to the art of talent acquisition. The result is a process that delivers exceptional hires, clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes at every step.
Jillian’s career includes driving multi-million-dollar ARR growth in enterprise SaaS, insourcing recruiting systems that remain in use years later, and building client partnerships across commercial sectors. Her ability to cross-pollinate: taking what works in software design and applying it to staffing, or adapting customer success playbooks to recruiting, has become a hallmark of her approach.
